"Surprisingly Good Meat"
The meat was better than I expected — which is always a fun little plot twist when you’re just hoping dinner doesn’t disappoint. The cuts were good overall, though a few packs had a bit more fat than I would’ve liked. Still, not bad at all.

"Fresh tortillas, but the info could be clearer"
The tortillas are really good and stay soft and fresh every time, which I love. I just wish the communication was a little clearer because it was kind of annoying not knowing exactly what to expect.

"I can usually find what I need here..."
I can usually find what I need here, which is why I keep trying to stop in. But every time I go, the place feels packed. The aisles get really tight, especially after work, and it’s hard to move around without constantly squeezing past people. The bigger issue for me is checkout, even if I’m only grabbing a couple things, I end up waiting way longer than I expected. From my experience, they really need either more cashiers or a better system for managing the lines. At this point, I only go when I really have to.

"Been really good lately"
I stop in after work sometimes for the prepared food, and lately it’s just been hitting the spot. I don’t know, you can kind of tell when the food is fresh without overthinking it, the chicken comes out hot, the rice tastes right, and the portions feel fair. It’s nothing fancy, but when I don’t feel like cooking, it feels like a safe bet. I haven’t had a bad plate yet

"Bakery was disappointing"
I stopped by and picked up some pan dulce, and it was a letdown. It was dry, kind of hard, and tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. I wanted to like it, and maybe other stuff there is fine, but yeah, the bakery items were not it for me. Definitely not planning to go back for pan dulce again

"Checkout is the only part that really frustrates me"
I like shopping at Superior Grocers for certain things, but the checkout situation makes the whole trip feel longer than it needs to be. Almost every time I go, there are only a few lanes open and a lot of people standing there waiting, so even a quick stop can turn into a whole ordeal.
To me, it doesn’t really seem like the cashiers are the problem—they usually look overwhelmed and stressed. It feels more like the store just doesn’t have enough support up front when it gets busy. If I’m only grabbing a few items, the long wait makes me think twice about going there.

I like Superior Grocers mostly because, the one near me is just super convenient. It’s close to my house, so I can swing by after work and, you know, not have to go way out of my way or make it into a whole big errand.
The parking is usually not much of a hassle either, which is nice, especially when I’m just running in for a few things. It just makes grocery shopping feel a little less annoying, which, i really appreciate.

"Helpful staff, but checkout was a hassle"
A few of the employees were really nice and helped me track down what I needed, so I appreciated that. But at the same time, it felt like they were short-staffed, and I kind of got passed around a bit before getting help. Checkout also took longer than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t a bad trip, just a average one.

"Latino aisle was a little disappointing :/"
I stopped by hoping to grab some basic Latino groceries, but the selection felt limited. There were quite a few empty spots on the shelves, and they didn’t have many of the brands I usually look for. I only ended up buying a couple of things and had to get the rest somewhere else :(

"Pickup Was SUPER Easy"
My order was ready really fast, which was nice, and pickup was easy overall. The only downside was that one of my items was missing, so that was a bit frustrating.

Maybe I caught the store on a bad day, but it felt messy and a little unsafe to me. I found myself wanting to leave sooner than planned instead of taking my time shopping

"Deli took up way too much of my time"
I stopped by the deli expecting to grab my stuff and get on with my day, but I ended up standing there way longer than I should have while the workers just kept chatting with each other. By the time someone finally helped me, my order was cut wrong anyway, which was frustrating. The store itself is fine, but the deli service needs to be better. It didn’t ruin my day, but it definitely annoyed me.

"Good hours, just wish holiday info was easier"
I checked Superior Grocers’ hours online and they were, uh, helpful overall. The store opens early enough that I can stop in before work, which is really convenient. The only thing is I wish the holiday hours were easier to find because I had to click around a bit. Still, good overall.

"Refund process was fair overall"
I ended up having to return a couple of items from my order since one wasn’t the right thing and another showed up with rough packaging. It was annoying, but I’ve had similar stuff happen with other companies too, so I wasn’t totally surprised.
Customer service didn’t get back to me instantly, but they were polite once they did. They just asked for my receipt and a photo, and after I sent those over, the whole thing moved along without any hassle or back-and-forth arguing, which is more than I can say for some competitors I’ve dealt with.

The refund came through after a few days. It wasn’t the fastest refund I’ve ever gotten, but it was handled fairly and without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. Overall, not perfect, but definitely a smoother experience than some other stores

I shop at Superior Grocers every now and then, and it’s usually okay. They normally have what I’m looking for, so that part is fine. The only thing is the store could definitely be cleaner. The floors looked a little dirty, and the produce area was kind of messy, which felt unnecessary. It’s not a terrible place to shop, but it could use a bit more attention. The staff was nice enough though.

In my experience lately, the quality hasn’t been very consistent. Sometimes it seems fresh, but other times it really doesn’t, so I’m not as confident buying it as I used to be.

I ordered my groceries online and it was simple. Most of what I needed was in stock, and the prices seemed right to me, or at least nothing jumped out as weird. Pickup took a little longer than I thought it would, which was annoying, but since I didn’t have to go inside and shop, I guess it still felt faster somehow. Overall, not bad and I’d probably do it again...

"Can’t trust the stock info anymore"
I’m getting really frustrated with this. The website said everything was in stock, but when I went to get my order, half my list was missing again. At this point, I don’t really trust the online inventory anymore
